"My name is István Darázs, and so far, I have worked as an anaesthetist in the Czech Republic. I had been considering going to work in the UK as a Staff Grade Anaesthetist for quite some time when I found an article on the internet about Czech physicians working in the UK wrtitten by a Czech anaesthetist. I contacted HCL International, and the team let me know about a forthcoming open event in Prague. I went along to meet with HCL International. Two days later, Simona, my Consultant at HCL International was still in Prague organising interviews for anaesthetist jobs for the South West of England. Simona said she had told the hospital representatives about me and they indicated that if I was interested, could I come and have an "informal" chat just to see whether I was suitable for the job they were recruiting applicants for. I went along and was shortlisted for interview and then got give the job!

I am very pleased to have contacted Simona. She has proved to be reliable, friendly and hard working, contributing considerably to the good reputation of HCL International. I am convinced that one has to be lucky to find the right/correct/suitable employer/employee at first.
