HCL International's Irish arm, Healthcare Solutions ensures we are able to provide Doctors and therapists the opportunity to work in permanent placements within scenic and historic Ireland.
In 2007, we were awarded an exclusive contract to recruit International Therapy staff on behalf of the Health Service Executive - HSE, the Irish equivalent to the NHS. With a global reach and a local management team, Healthcare Solutions recruits, relocates and manages this recruitment process on behalf of the HSE.

Our offering to you:
At Healthcare Solutions, we endeavour to provide the best possible service to our candidates at every stage of the process. We understand that changing jobs is a big step, and that coupled with the prospect of relocation, can at times be daunting. With this in mind, we offer the following services:
- Full information on the health care system in Ireland and on a regional basis
- Information on individual regions and units/hospitals/community care centres throughout the country
- In-depth details as to the position and the employer (in the majority of cases we will have visited the location and/or met with the management team)
- Provide a profile of the team, the position and the region
- Employment policies and procedures / Training etc. where available
- Assistance with Validation
- Work Permit Processing
- Help in obtaining a PPS number (reference number required in order to be registered for income tax - compulsory)
- Advice on the cost of living - accommodation, travel, regional geography & attractions
- We attend the interview sessions in a support capacity, regardless of location, and are there to answer any last minute questions, and/or address any queries on exiting an interview.
- Relocation assistance - your flight to Ireland will be reimbursed by the HSE.
- Accommodation - the HSE will provide you with temporary accommodation for the first 6 weeks.
- You will receive a free flight home after 12 months on successful completion of your contract.
- 'On the ground' support from a team of Irish recruitment consultants - helping you settle in to your new life in Ireland.
Requirements:
To be able to work in Ireland as a therapist/Doctor, you will need to have at least 3 years post graduation experience.
Registration Process:
We like to talk thoroughly with you to ensure we are completely knowledgeable of the career you wish to follow and that you are completely knowledgeable of any roles we put you forward for so you can be 100% confident at interview stage.
If you are successful, we will put you forward for an interview with the HSE. If you are offered a position we will issue a conditional letter of offer whilst collating all security/reference/background checks. Once all this has been successfully completed, your consultant will work with you on your relocation to Ireland.
