NURSES

HCL International are able to offer qualified nurses exceptional opportunities in state of the art hospitals within the Middle east. We cover the majority of specialties, from Ophthalmology Nurses, to Accident & Emergency, ICU, Surgical and Oncology; ensuring living and working as a nurse in the Middle East is accessible to as many of you as possible.

Requirements:

To be placed in the UAE as a nurse, you need to be a qualified nurse who has been registered and working for a minimum of 2 years.

As a registered nurse it is essential that you maintain your existing registration in your country of origin. You will be required to show this original documentation.

You will also be required to have:

  • Bachelor Degree in nursing or equivalent
  • 2 years post grad experience

Recruitment Process:

HCL International will support you during the entire recruitment process.

CV: After an initial screening process, if you are a suitable candidate, we will forward your CV on to HR Directors/ Chief of Departments at the hospitals we are working with.
Interview: If suitable we will set up an interview between yourself and the hospital – either by phone or face to face.

Documentation: After successfully passing the interview, HCL International will work with you in collating all necessary documentation (passports, certificates, blood test results, immigration & registration documents). We will require:

  • Hospital application form (where applicable)
  • Copy of passport
  • Copy of current nursing registration
  • Copy of previous nursing registrations from each country you have worked at
  • Copy of qualifications
  • Copy of transcript
  • Copy of high school education
  • Service/experience certificates – this is most important in order to get the best possible salary
  • Employment certificate from current employer
  • 12 x passport photos
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of marriage certificate (where applicable)
  • 2 x professional referees
  • Police check (forms provided by HCL International)
  • Candidate dependant form (provided by HCL International)

Upon an offer by the hospital, you are required to provide a Pre Employment Medical – completed by a GP.

Visa: All candidates will be issued with a visitors Visa in order to start work in the UAE. Upon completion of a probationary 3 month period, the candidate will then be given a residency permit, (usually 3 months). The residency visa is valid for 3 years once it is issued.
Relocation: Then all is left to do is the logistics of transferring you to the Middle East. Hospitals offer economy class (for self) annually to your work destination.
Induction: You will be met at the airport and taken to hospital accommodation. All candidates generally live in hospital accommodation for a minimum of 3 months, in line with their probation period. Some hospitals will allow you to stay longer. You will also be given a comprehensive induction/orientation programme upon arrival to help you adapt in to your new environment.

AHPS:

HCL International offer exceptional opportunities for Allied Health Professionals of all specialties to work in some of the most technologically advanced medical centres in the Middle East. We have positions available in Radiography, Physiotherapy, Medical Technology and Speech & Language Therapy.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements for each of the specialties we currently recruit for are as follows:

Bsc degree in Speciality from an accredited college with no less than 3 years syllabus. No less than 2 years experience in an acute care setting.

OR

Graduate from an accredited program no less than 2 years syllabus and registered with the American Registry of the appropriate speciality, The Canadian Association, UK HPC or equivalent. No less than 4 years experience in an acute care setting.

DOCTORS

HCL International offer exceptional opportunities for doctors at all specialties to work as Consultants and Senior Consultants within the Middle East.

Requirements:

To work as a Consultant and Senior Consultant in the Middle East, you will need to have: American specialty Board Certificate
or
UK Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training (C.C.S.T)
or
Inclusion in the GMC Specialist Register or western qualifications

Plus a minimum of 5 years (post board/certificate) experience at consultant level is required.
