"Interhealth Care Services (UK) Limited (ICS) has worked with HCL International (formally Bluecare Medical) since September 2006.

We are an Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC) who opened an Orthopaedic Treatment Centre in June 2006 and at this time were focused on recruiting a workforce (c180) of clinical and non clinical professionals into the centre. There are restricting clauses around the recruitment of staff into the ISTC so it was vital that the agencies in which we selected to work with were fully aware of the Independent Sector and the clauses surrounding the restrictions on recruiting clinical professionals, which HCL were. HCL have recruited c15 permanent members of staff into the Treatment centre, within Theatre, Inpatients, outpatients and the day surgery unit and we have been extremely pleased with the continuous high calibre of candidates they put forward to us for our review.  Unlike some other agencies HCL ensure that they only send through CV’s of those that meet our person and job specifications and moreover they ensure that the clause around recruitment restrictions is not breached.  We have not experienced any service related issues with HCL and any minor problems that have occurred have always been resolved immediately by the HCL team.  I have no hesitation in recommending the nursing division of HCL to others and would be happy to provide any further information needed."
